What is the best definition of teamwork?

In its simplest form, teamwork occurs when a group of people work together to successfully complete a task. More broadly, it also relates to the cohesiveness of a team, their ability to create a positive working atmosphere and how they recognize the strengths and skills that each team member brings.

I joined Tiell Financial Group in November of 2021 as a New Business Coordinator.   With my children away at college I was looking for a new professional direction.  While it was important to me to find something challenging and rewarding, near the top of my list was to join a team. I found that here.  TFG has found the secret to providing a great client experience by utilizing each of their team members individual strengths and skills, while also making them feel appreciate and valued.   

I like to spend my free time traveling and exploring new places and restaurants with my husband, Bart.  I have developed a love of gardening, although this is still a work in process.  Above all, my favorite thing to do is anything that involves spending time with my family; especially my children, Max and Mary who are now college graduates and are finding their own paths.
